4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Use the App responsibly and in accordance with these terms
• Not rely solely on the App for critical allergy decisions
• Provide accurate information about your allergies when using the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

5. Subscription and Payment

• The App offers both free and premium subscription options
• Subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods

6. Privacy and Data

7. Intellectual Property

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
